Hi there,

MobiCity Australia is currently going through some exciting changes and will be changing to Yatango Shopping, on Friday August 1st 2014.

This means that the MobiCity Australia website will be redirecting to the Yatango Shopping website. The MobiCity NZ, UK and US websites will continue to operate as normal.

Don't worry if you have an existing order with MobiCity Australia, as you can still easily get in contact with us by raising a support ticket or contacting us via live chat on the Yatango Shopping website. 

We will also continue to send out regular order updates and tracking emails for existing orders. You can also check your MobiCity order status from within your Yatango account. It's as simple as visiting the order history section of your new Yatango Shopping account.

If you originally signed up to MobiCity with email, your credentials are the same. If you can't recall them or remember your password sign up again with a new account and use the same email address to link the orders.

If you signed up socially (except Twitter, which is no longer supported), sign in with the same social account to access the Yatango Shopping dashboard and linked MobiCity orders. If you have any issues please raise a ticket of chat with us at the Yatango Shopping website now.
