MobiCity NZ operates a local warranty service through MultiFix in Auckland, however our warehouse is located in Hong Kong and goods will be shipped from our warehouse direct to your desired shipping address in New Zealand.

An order value of less than NZD 399 is not normally subject to additional charges or payments.
If your order exceeds that amount then you will be charged GST and a customs processing fee on the website (this covers the GST charges that your shipment would be subject to when going through customs once the package reaches New Zealand).

Orders over NZD 1000, require a completed Importers Client Code application form, details of which will be provided to you (as the recipient of the package) by NZ Customs generally through the courier company directly. We have been told that to obtain an importers client code, the recipient must have a current Valid New Zealand Passport.

If Customs alternatively ask you for a Tariff number or Tariff code, you can reply with this code # 8517120050

Shipping to NZ for orders including GST payments generally occur with FedEx, however FedEx cannot always deliver to certain areas so may have to ship with Toll instead.
